Shipping Policy

                                                      Shipped Orders
Order Delays:
If your order is missing tracking information, is still in transit, is pending, or has passed 60 days from the original shipping date (45 days for U.S. orders and 110 days for Brazil), we will offer you a refund or resend the product at our expense. Please note that exceptions may apply depending on the shipping method and destination.
Delivered Orders:
We do not process refunds or replacements if the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered. If you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office for a non-delivery certification. This document will be required to process a refund or replacement.
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. To process your request, please submit photo or video evidence of the damage. Once validated, we will proceed with the refund or replacement. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged product.
